This document sets forth the terms and conditions applicable when you make a booking arrangement (“Booking”) on our Website (www.bettertrip.com). Please read this document carefully before using our Website and Services.

These Booking Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bettertrip.com (“Bettertrip”).

You should also read our Website Terms of Use and Legal Conditions as well as our Privacy and Cookie Policy to understand the general rules about your use of our Website and any additional terms that may apply when you use our Services.

These Booking Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and subject to our  Website Terms of Use and Legal Conditions. The definitions set out in Section 21 of therein, shall apply to this agreement.

Booking Rules

• All Bookings must be made online through our Website Service.

• You must be of legal age when Booking on our Website, in accordance with Section 1 of our Website Terms of Use and Legal Conditions.

• If you book an Accommodation on behalf of any additional guests (e.g. your relatives or friends), you are required to ensure that every additional guest meets all requirements made available on our Website.

• You represent and warrant that in the event of carrying out a Booking on behalf of a guest under the legal age in the jurisdiction where the Accommodation is located at, you are legally authorized to act on behalf of such minor. Minors may only stay in the Accommodations offered through our Website if accompanied by a responsible adult.

• You may book any Accommodation available on our Website, by following the Booking process set out in the relevant Section on our Website, and subject to any additional requirement, such as, any identity or payment method verification process and/or any other similar requirement.

• At the end of the Booking process, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agreed with these Booking Terms and Conditions. Your Booking will be confirmed by a reservation number reference.

• The Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address which you provide at the time of registering on our Website. Please note that if you have spam filtering on your email account, our email might not reach you.

• Please check your Booking confirmation carefully as soon as you receive our email. Contact our Support Team immediately if any information on the confirmation appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make any changes later. You may use our confirmation email as proof of your Booking request.

• You expressly agree that any Booking confirmed through our Website is a limited license granted to you by the owner and/or operator of the Accommodation booked by you, to enter, occupy and use such Accommodation, including any related service thereon, for the period of stay in that Accommodation, under the terms and conditions set forth by such Partner.

• You are responsible for identifying, understanding, and complying with all laws, rules and regulations that may apply to: (i) the Booking of any Accommodations offered through our Website; and (ii) while you use and stay the Accommodation booked by you, including the use of any hosting service related thereon.

• By booking any Accommodation through our Website, you are expressly accepting and electronically providing your consent to these Booking Terms and Conditions, as well as our Website Terms of Use and Legal Conditions, including our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel, any Booking made by you through this Website, at any time, in the event of any breach by you of all or any of the provisions of these Booking Terms and Conditions and/or our Website Terms of Use and Legal Conditions and/or our Privacy and Cookie Policy; and/or by violation of any applicable local, national and/or international law or regulation.
  
  

Payment Rules

• You agree to pay the Booking Amount and the Service Fee for any Booking made through our Website, in accordance with these Booking Terms and Conditions and our Website Terms of Use and Legal Conditions.

• You must only provide us with a legitimate, valid and accurate Payment Method personally held by you.

• In some cases, it may be necessary for the Booking amount to be paid upfront, by credit card, and therefore your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any option to refund) upon making the Booking. Please check the specific booking terms and conditions set forth for each Accommodation prior to making any Booking on our Website.

• You expressly accept and acknowledge that Bettertrip will not be liable, nor responsible for any authorized or unauthorized and/or incorrect charge on your Payment Method, and hereby undertake not to claim any amounts for valid or authorized charges on your Payment Method, or any other payment methods, including but not limited to pre-paid rates, no-show, and/or chargeable cancellation.

• By making any Booking request on our Website, you expressly agree to the specific booking rules and cancellation, amendment and no-show policies of the Partner owning and/or operating the Accommodation selected by you, including any additional terms and conditions set out by such Partner. Please refer to the cancellation and no-show policies just as the specific reservation and services terms of conditions of each Accommodation before making any Booking on our Website.
  
  

Cancellation and Amendments Rules

The Cancellation and Amendments Policies applicable to any Booking made through our Website will depend on the owner and/or operator of each Accommodation offered on our Website as advised at the time of the Booking.

Changes to this Terms and Conditions

We may amend these Booking Terms and Conditions, from time to time, in our sole discretion, by posting a revised version on the Website, providing notice therein, in accordance with Section 13 of our Website Terms of Use and Legal Conditions.
