Each day begins with a fairy-tale breakfast served in the traditional Ladin style, showcasing homemade delights such as mountain butter, elderberry flower syrup, freshly baked bread, and artisanal Speck. The farm prides itself on producing high-quality products, including eggs, butter, Speck, herbs, salad, onions, apricot and strawberry marmalade, and elderberry flower syrup. These products are used in the breakfast served to guests and are also available for purchase, allowing visitors to take a piece of Ostí Vedl’s authentic Ladin culture home with them.
