Steeped in history, Castel Maurn, nestled in the quaint town of San Lorenzo in South Tyrol, has stood as a noble residence since its first mention in the year 990. The ageless castle, a millennium-old architectural gem, underwent a meticulous restoration in 2020/2021, transforming it into a technically new house while preserving its historic charm. Particular attention was paid to using only the highest quality materials, ensuring a seamless blend of antiquity and modern luxury.

This distinguished castle offers eight elegant and spacious suites, each featuring a High-Quality Double bed to guarantee a restful night’s sleep. The ground floor boasts two suites, while the first floor features a shareable balcony and three additional suites. On the second floor, two suites, one with a balcony and air conditioning, await guests. The third floor presents a loft suite, also equipped with air conditioning. The basement houses the SPA, a sanctuary of relaxation comprising a spacious Finnish sauna, steam bath, plunge pool, and a serene relaxation room. 

The ground floor hosts the Kitchen Club, where breakfast is expertly prepared and delivered to suites at preferred times or set up as a buffet in the historic corridors. Selected delicacies from farmers and suppliers from the region are served every day. The kitchen is open for guests throughout the day, featuring a wine cabinet stocked with selected South Tyrolean wines, exclusive sparkling wines from Ferrari, and a delightful courtesy corner with typical South Tyrolean snacks. 

The 900-square-meter garden is a tranquil haven with a fenced perimeter, a delightful terrace, and a heated pool. The property also features a fully equipped gym, a depot for ski, bike, and golf equipment with a small workbench.  A garage with nine parking spaces and an electric charging station caters to the needs of guests arriving by car.
