This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable when you enter any of our giveaways on the Instagram account (@bybettertrip). Please read this document carefully before entering.

1 – Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 and above.
• Employees of Bettertrip, accommodation involved, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  
  

2 – How to Enter:

• To enter the giveaway, participants must follow @bybettertrip Instagram account, like the giveaway post, and tag at least one friend in the comments.
• For bonus entries, participants can share the post in their Instagram story and tag @bybettertrip account.
  
  

3- Giveaway Prize:

• The winner will receive a ten-night stay (two nights per accommodation) for two people at the accommodations mentioned in the post.
• The prize includes accommodation only. Flights, transfers, car rental, meals, travel insurance, tourist taxes where applicable, and personal expenses are not included.
• The prize must be taken as one complete itinerary and cannot be split, partially used, transferred, exchanged, resold or redeemed for cash.
  All 5 stays must be booked as part of the same trip, subject to availability.
  
  

4 – Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The trip must start no later than 30.08.2026 and is subject to availability at each stay.
• The winner will be announced on Sunday, 28th June, via Bettertrip’s Instagram account and contacted via direct message.
  
  

5 – Claiming the Prize:

• The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the time they are notified.
• An alternate winner will be selected if the winner does not respond within the given timeframe.
  
• Dates to be agreed between Bettertrip, the winner and the stays. Bettertrip coordinates the accommodation booking only.
  
  

6 – Privacy:

• By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to Bettertrip and the accommodation involved collecting their personal information for the purpose of the giveaway and prize delivery.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required for prize fulfillment.
  
  

7 – Limitations of Liability:

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bettertrip, the accommodation involved, Instagram, and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property related to or arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
  
  

8 – General Terms:

• Bettertrip and the accommodation involved reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time.
• Instagram Disclaimer: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any liability related to this giveaway.
  
  

9 – Acceptance of Terms:

• Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in this giveaway.
